Baggage policy
With flydubai, you can take one piece or item of hand baggage weighing up to 10 kg on board without charge. For a little extra, you can check-in a bag weighing up to 32 kg. If you want to take more, subject to availability, you can buy an additional bag.

Hand baggage check
Your hand baggage must not weigh more than 10 kg or be larger than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm. The weight and size of your hand baggage will be checked to ensure it can be placed in the overhead locker or safely under the seat directly in front of you. If your hand baggage does not meet these requirements, it will be checked into the aircraft hold at a cost of AED 150. However, if your hand baggage weighs more than 15 kg, you will be charged the airport checked baggage rate (AED 150 for the first piece and AED 500 for each additional piece).
Pre-purchased checked baggage
Checked bags must not weigh more than 32 kg or be larger than 90 cm x 75 cm x 43 cm. They can be pre-purchased at a discount via the website or through the call centre up to 24 hours before departure. So don’t forget, it pays to pre-pay. At the airport, you just need to have your documents checked and your bag weighed and measured, pick-up your baggage receipt and make your way to the departure gate.
