Bus service

The bus service operates between Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport and the following locations:

• Abu Dhabi, Al Nasr Street (operated by Al Masaood Travel, a flydubai travel partner)
• Sharjah, Al Arouba Street (operated by SNTTA, a flydubai travel partner)
• Ajman, Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Street (operated by SNTTA, a flydubai travel partner)

You can book your flydubai bus ticket in advance in several ways: 

• Use  the ‘bus search’ at the top of this page
• Call the flydubai Call Centre on +971 4 231 1000
• Visit your local travel agent to make the booking for you

You can also buy your ticket from the bus driver on the day you travel for an extra AED 10.

You need to book your ticket at least 2 hours before the bus is due to leave and you need to be on the bus at least 15 minutes before the bus sets off.

Between Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airport, Terminal 2

• AED 40 per person, per direction if you book in advance
• AED 50 per person, per direction if you buy your ticket from the bus driver

Between Sharjah and Dubai International Airport, Terminal 2

• AED 20 per person, per direction if you book in advance
• AED 30 per person, per direction if you buy your ticket from the bus driver

Between Ajman and Dubai International Airport, Terminal 2

• AED 20 per person, per direction if you book in advance
• AED 30 per person, per direction if you buy your ticket from the bus driver

No, your ticket is only valid for the time and date you booked it for. There’s no refund if you cancel.   

Yes, but there’s limited space on the bus so you can only carry your baggage with you if there’s room. 

• The bus service between Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Terminal 2 is operated by a third party service provider: Al Masaood Travel & Services. It bears full responsibility for the complete bus journey, including but not limited to terms of insurance and liability.
• The bus service between Sharjah and Dubai International Terminal 2 is operated by a third party service provider: SNTTA. It bears full responsibility for the complete bus journey, including but not limited to terms of insurance and liability.
• The bus service between Ajman and Dubai International Terminal 2 is operated by a third party service provider: SNTTA. It bears full responsibility for the complete bus journey, including but not limited to terms of insurance and liability.
• flydubai shall in no instances be responsible for any aspect of the bus service.
• flydubai will not be responsible if you miss your flight due to the late arrival of the bus, regardless of the reason that the bus is delayed, including but not limited to traffic, technical breakdown, etc.
• Additionally, flydubai will not be responsible if you miss your bus due to the late arrival of the aircraft for any reason, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical breakdown, etc.
• For the avoidance of any doubt, flydubai is not responsible in case baggage is lost or damaged during the bus journey or in case baggage cannot be transported on the bus due to lack of space.
• Terms and conditions of carriage are governed by the laws of and are applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• For the avoidance of any doubt, the flydubai Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage do not apply to the bus service.
