Fare terms and conditions

The "No change" fare

• This flydubai fare is for one person. It includes all taxes. It also includes a 7 kg hand baggage allowance (one piece or item which must not be larger than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm, plus a small laptop bag or handbag).
• A checked baggage allowance can be pre-purchased at flydubai.com or through the call centre (up to 4 hours before departure).
• You can't change your booking once you've paid for it.
• You won't receive a refund if you cancel your booking or don't make your flight.
• You can't change any of the passenger names on your booking.
• A child over the age of two occupying a seat pays the regular fare.
• A service charge (inclusive of taxes) will be applicable if you travel with an infant.
• You have the option to pay for your booking by credit card or, within 24 hours of making the booking, at one of flydubai's payment partners. Bookings made less than 48 hours before departure must be paid for immediately.

The "Pay to change" fare

• This flydubai fare is for one person. It includes all taxes. It also includes a 7 kg hand baggage allowance (one piece or item which must not be larger than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm, plus a small laptop bag or handbag).
• A checked baggage allowance can be pre-purchased at flydubai.com or through the call centre (up to 4 hours before departure).
• You can change your booking (up to 24 hours before departure) for AED 150 per person, per flight, plus the difference in fare. If the fare is lower, a flydubai voucher will be issued.
• You can cancel your booking (up to 24 hours before departure). You'll receive a flydubai voucher for the total amount of the money paid to flydubai less the AED 200 cancellation fee per person, per flight.
• You can't change or cancel your flight less than 24 hours before departure.
• You can't change any of the passenger names on your booking.
• A child over the age of two occupying a seat pays the regular fare.
• A service charge (inclusive of taxes) will be applicable if you travel with an infant.
• You have the option to pay for your booking by credit card or, within 24 hours of making the booking, at one of flydubai's payment partners. Bookings made less than 48 hours before departure must be paid for immediately.

The "Free to change" fare

• This flydubai fare is for one person. It includes of all taxes. It also includes a 7 kg hand baggage allowance (one piece or item which must not be larger than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm, plus a small laptop bag or handbag) and a 20 kg checked baggage allowance.
• You can check-in up to three pieces of baggage as long as no single piece is larger than 75 cm x 55 cm x 35cm or weighs more than 32 kg. Subject to availability, you can pre-purchase either a 30 kg or a 40 kg checked baggage allowance.
• You can change your booking (up to 24 hours before departure) and simply pay for any difference in the fare. If the fare is lower, a flydubai voucher will be issued.
• If you change your booking less than 24 hours before departure, you will be charged a fee of AED 365 per person, per flight, plus the difference in fare. If the fare is lower, a flydubai voucher will be issued.
• You can cancel your booking (up to 24 hours before departure). You'll receive a flydubai voucher for the total amount of the money paid to flydubai less the AED 200 cancellation fee per person, per flight.
• If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before departure or you don't make your flight, you'll receive a flydubai voucher for the total amount of the money paid to flydubai less AED 365 per person, per flight.
• You can't change any of the passenger names on your booking.
