Pay your way
flydubai makes it easier for you to pay the way you choose.
Once you have booked online or through the call centre, you can
pay using MasterCard or Visa.
If you want to pay using cash, your booking will be held for up
to 24 hours so you can make your payment through one of flydubai's
payment partners.
If you book less than 48 hours before departure, you'll need to
make an immediate payment.
Paying with your credit card
If you pay with your credit card, flydubai will ask to see this
credit card at the airport before you board your flight.
Paying on behalf of someone else
If a credit card is used to pay on behalf of someone else, a
photocopy of the front of the credit card and a photocopy of the
cardholder's passport will need to be presented at the
airport.
If these photocopies can't be presented at the airport, flydubai
will not allow you to travel. This is an extra level of security
designed to protect you.
Please note that a credit card cannot be used to pay on behalf of
someone else travelling to or from Sudan, Nepal, Pakistan or Sri
Lanka.
flydubai also offers cash payment methods, allowing you to pay on
behalf of someone else. In the UAE, payments can be made at UAE
Exchange, Emirates Post and Emirates NBD cash deposit machines.
Paying with cash
If you select the "pay later" option when booking your flight at
flydubai.com or through the call centre, you'll have 24 hours to
make payment through a flydubai payment partner.
UAE Exchange
UAE Exchange will help you pay for your booking at any of
its locations within the UAE for a charge of AED 30 per
payment. This charge will not be shown online or be quoted by the
call centre.
UAE Exchange will also help you pay for your booking at some of
its branches in Jordan for a charge of JOD 10 per payment. Again,
this charge will not be shown online or be quoted by the call
centre.

Emirates Post
With conveniently located branches across the UAE, Emirates Post
will help you pay for your booking for a charge of AED 30 per
payment. This charge will not be shown online or be quoted by the
call centre.
Emirates Post can also help you make a new flydubai booking or
modify an existing booking for a charge of AED 50 per person.

Emirates NBD
If you are an Emirates NBD customer, you can use online banking
services to pay for your booking for a charge of AED 30 per
payment. You can also use Emirates NBD cash deposit machines.
