Once your booking has started, it cannot be extended or modified. However, if you exceed your pre-booked parking period, you will have to pay the required parking fees for the additional time through the Scan Pay Go feature (by simply scanning your parking QR code) on your mobile’s camera or at any of the parking Auto Pay Machines in the car park. The extended fee rates will be the same as the posted rates on the tariff board at the car park entry.

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the booking starts, you will receive a full refund from the parking operator. Please note that flydubai will not refund your amount directly; instead, you will be redirected to the parking operator for the refund process.

No, you don’t need to print the booking confirmation. When you reach the car park entry, you can scan the QR code sent to you with the booking confirmation email to open the barrier, in case it doesn’t automatically open by reading your vehicle’s licence plate number.
