Terms and conditions

• The Double Skywards Miles Offer January 2025 is open to all individual Emirates Skywards members who:
  1. are existing Emirates Skywards members, or who enrol as new members by 11.59pm (Dubai time) on 24 January 2025.
  2. have registered for the offer by 11.59pm (Dubai time) on 24 January 2025 either via email link, on emirates.com, Emirates App, flydubai.com or through Emirates Retail and Contact Centres. Skysurfers can register only with consent from their Parent/Guardian, who must register through Emirates Retail and Contact Centres.
  3. have booked and completed issuance of an Eligible Ticket and Eligible Fare (return or one way) between 0.01am on 3 January 2025 and 11.59pm on 24 January 2025, (Dubai time).
  4. have commenced and completed their journey on Eligible Flights between 0.01am on 15 January 2025 and 11.59pm on 23 March 2025 (Dubai time).
• The Double Skywards Miles offer January 2025 is available across Emirates and flydubai network.
• An Eligible Ticket is defined as:
  1. any ticket with prefix 176 (being Emirates), prefix 141 or 169 (being flydubai) or any ticket with booking receipt issued directly via flydubai.com.
  2. any ticket purchased via emirates.com, Emirates App, flydubai.com, flydubai App, Emirates Retail and Contact Centres, or via a travel agent.
  3. any ticket eligible for normal Skywards Miles accrual, per Skywards Programme Rules.
• An Eligible Fare is defined as:
  1. on Emirates: Special, Saver, Flex and Flex Plus in Economy Class, Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class.
  2. on flydubai: Lite, Value, Flex in Economy Class and Business in Business Class.
• An Eligible Flight is defined as:
  1. an Emirates marketed flight with EK flight number, operated by Emirates or flydubai.
  2. a flydubai marketed flight with FZ flight number, operated by flydubai or Emirates.
  3. all other codeshare and interline flights are excluded from this offer.
  4. any from/to Emirates or flydubai origins/destinations.
• An Emirates Skywards member who, at the discretion of Emirates Skywards, satisfies all the conditions set out above will be awarded bonus Skywards Miles in addition to the Skywards Miles normally earned in respect of the flight:
  1. The bonus multiple is calculated on the total Skywards Miles earned excluding any other bonuses earned.
  2. The bonus applicable for this promotion is 100% bonus Skywards Miles on Eligible Fares and Eligible Flights only.
  3. The bonus applies as per the original ticketed class, excluding any subsequent reward or complimentary upgrades, or other changes.
  4. If a Skywards member qualifies for bonus Skywards Miles from any other offer or promotion, only the higher of the eligible bonuses will be credited.
• The Emirates Skywards member will be notified of the Miles credit in their membership statements, which are accessible on the Emirates App or online at emirates.com or flydubai.com.
