Belt pick-up and delivery

1. Make a booking

Book the service online anytime before your flight arrival time or on arrival visit the Marhaba desk at Terminal 2 to make a booking in person.

2. Share bag tags

Check in your bags at the airport and share bag tag numbers with DUBZ via email or a text message.

3. Belt pick-up

Head straight to your home or hotel. The airport porter will collect your bags from the belt, clear customs, and hand them over to a DUBZ driver.

4. Baggage delivery

Your baggage will be delivered to your home or hotel in Dubai within 3 hours after flight arrival time or at a time specified by you.

The Belt pick-up and delivery service is only available for flydubai flights arriving in Dubai at Dubai International Airport (DXB).

The price to pick-up and deliver one bag is AED 99 and every additional bag is AED 40. Please note, the price does not include 5% VAT. To book the service, fill out the request form and our team will get in touch with you soon.
