Passengers with reduced mobility can request assistance at the airport by using the video intercoms situated:

• at the entrance of the passenger terminal (at the beginning of the visually impaired route);
• at the information point inside the terminal;
• at the check-out office of the long-stay parking area.

The "Sala Amica" lounge staff members can assist with check-in, security checks, and boarding, as well as access, if required, to the assistance lounge.

Any assistance requests need to be communicated by the airline in advance. Assistance will be provided in leaving the aircraft, reclaiming the baggage, and escorting the passenger to their onward means of transport (public or private).

The airport provides reserved car parking spaces in PH1 and PH2 car parks free of charge.
