Ok to board from Pakistan

The following conditions would apply depending on the type of visa you have:

When you've paid for your flydubai booking, you can contact one of the flydubai Travel Shops in the UAE or Pakistan or flydubai Contact Centre in Pakistan on (+92) 21 111 225 539 to get the approval. Nominal charges may apply. The minimum time required to receive the approval is 48 hours.

You'll need the following documents to apply:

• your original visa;
• your passport copy;
• your booking confirmation.

Important:

• If you are flying to the UAE on a tourist visa, you must also hold a return ticket with flydubai. Passengers holding a one-way booking with flydubai and return or onward booking with another carrier will not be accepted for check-in unless they're a resident of their destination country which is outside of flydubai route network.
• Ok to board approval needs to be obtained before checking in online.
• If you change your flight to a different date, a new Ok to board approval will need to be obtained.
• If you are booked on a codeshare flight, please send an email to fzoktb@flydubai.com to get your Ok to board approval.
• If you are booked on an interline flight with Pakistan International Airlines or one of our other partner airlines, please send an email to support@flydubaipk.com to get your Ok to board approval. For more information on interline flights, please visit our Connecting flights page.
• If you are transiting via Dubai to a destination with visa on arrival, please make sure to obtain an invitation letter from The Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to your trip. 

Holders of employment visa travelling from Pakistan must have Emigrant's Protection from the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BE & OE) in Pakistan to obtain Ok to board. Without the protection, holders of employment visa will not be accepted for travel. 

It is your responsibility to get the approval prior to your departure and carry all the necessary documents including return ticket and sufficient funds to cover the length of your stay. Passengers arriving at the airport without an Ok to board approval will not be allowed to check in and board their flight. flydubai will not be responsible, if you are denied travel by the Immigration authorities due to missing or improper travel documents, and will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result, including providing any refund of any amounts paid.
