Our General Cargo service is a reliable and affordable transport solution for all types of goods with state-of-the-art technology and cargo handling facilities.

Guaranteed acceptance of your cargo on the flight booked. In an unlikely event of your cargo not travelling on that flight, you'll receive a refund for the difference between the General and Priority rate.

Transport dangerous goods securely across various destinations on the flydubai Cargo network and beyond. Our priority is to ensure the safe, efficient and careful transportation of dangerous goods, at all times.

The transport of dangerous goods by air is subject to national, international and the carrier’s own regulations.

flydubai accepts the following classes* of dangerous goods:

• Class 3 - Flammable liquids
• Class 6 - Toxic and infectious substances
• Class 7 - Radioactive material
• Class 8 - Corrosives
• Class 9 - Miscellaneous dangerous substances and articles, including environmentally hazardous substances

*All the above classes are subject to carrier limitations and restrictions.

We ensure your Perishable cargo and Pharmaceuticals are stored and transported in a temperature-controlled environment throughout the journey.

For shipments containing cargo tracking devices, please refer to flydubai’s Approved Devices Registry to check if your device has been approved by flydubai.

If your device is not on the approved list, please download the Cargo Tracking Device Approval Form and follow the instructions in the document.

We guarantee safe and secure transportation of your valuable items, including goods insured with a declared value starting from USD 1,000 per kg.

We offer express shipping of documents and packages for courier service providers.

We provide quality and reliable air transport solutions for postal service providers at selected flydubai destinations.

We transport your pets and other live animals through flydubai Cargo ensuring their safety and comfort during the journey. For your convenience we also offer door-to-door transportation in collaboration with our partners (in selected destinations).
