Travel in the cabin

We currently accept only guide dogs, or seeing-eye dogs, for travel in the cabin accompanying passengers with visual impairments, with some itinerary-related limitations.

This service is free of charge and requires 72-hour notice before your flight departure. When notifying us of your requirements, please provide all supporting documents.

If you have onward connections on any other airline, you must confirm with each airline that they can accept your guide dog and provide proof of such confirmation at flydubai’s request.

All other types of service animals will need to travel in the cargo compartment. For more information and to see the requirements, please check the ‘Live animals’ section on the Cargo page.
