No. You must use your voucher before the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. After this, it can't be used or refunded. Voucher can be used before the expiry date for booking on any available future date and only by the passenger on whose name it was issued.

You'll need to contact the Customer Centre. They will re-send the voucher and PIN to your email address. You’ll need to have your original booking reference.

Any difference between the fare and the value of the voucher will be saved on the same voucher. You can use it for future travel with flydubai.

Yes.  You can request via the Contact us form selecting ‘Voucher name change’ subject in the drop-down and attaching a passport copy of the person who paid for the booking. Once the name on the voucher has been changed, it can’t be changed back to the original passenger’s name.
