Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the new check-in area offers Business Class passengers a unique and smooth check-in experience with a personalised Meet and Assist service, seated check-in and a Fast Track service guaranteed to elevate your preflight experience.

Frequently asked questions

Flying flydubai Business Class from Terminal 2 DXB, is this a service I can use?

This service is available exclusively to flydubai Business Class passengers departing from Terminal 2 DXB and is at no extra cost. It is not available to Business Class passengers in transit through Terminal 2 or departing from Terminal 3 DXB or any other destination.

How, as a Business Class passenger, do I book the meet and assist service?

This service is available to all Business Class passengers departing from Terminal 2, Dubai International Airport (DXB). To enable us to help serve you better, we ask that when you make your booking with flydubai or check in online for the relevant flight you let us know what your likely anticipated time of arrival will be at Terminal 2. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Contact Centre.

How will I be met when I arrive kerbside?

Upon arriving at the drop-off area close to Entrance 3, Terminal 2 DXB you will be met by a flydubai representative who will assist you to check-in.

I am booked in Business Class and the rest of my family are booked in Economy Class, can we all make use of the service?

Only Business Class passengers, departing from Terminal 2 DXB can use this service. Economy Class passengers should use the flydubai Economy Class check-in desks in Terminal 2.

When I upgrade to flydubai Business Class using ’Bid to upgrade’ portal or during online check-in, am I eligible for the Meet and Assist service?

Yes, after upgrading to flydubai Business Class either through ‘Bid to upgrade’ portal or while doing online check-in, you can use the Meet and Assist service.

When I upgrade to flydubai Business Class at the airport am I eligible for the Meet and Assist service?

No, you will not be able to use the Meet and Assist service  when you pay for upgrade at the airport, however you will be able to check in at the dedicated Business Check-in area.

Will I receive a confirmation of the meet and assist service booked for flydubai Business Class check-in?

When this service is selected by you it will be shown on your booking receipt.

How do I change my anticipated arrival time or cancel the service if I decide not to use it?

You can change your expected arrival time online through Online check-in portal. You can also opt out of this service through online check-in or you can reach out to us through our Contact Centre at +971 600 595 559.

Is this service only for flydubai Business Class passengers or can flydubai Economy Class passengers also request this service for an additional fee?

Only flydubai Business Class passengers may use the dedicated flydubai Business Class check-in facility.

Can Emirates Skywards Members travelling in flydubai Economy Class use the flydubai Business Class drop-off and check-in in Terminal 2 DXB?

Only flydubai Business Class passengers may use the dedicated flydubai Business check-in. Emirates Skywards Members travelling in flydubai Economy Class may use the allocated check-in desks for Emirates Skywards Members.

How long before my flight should I be at the airport to use the flydubai Business Class meet and assist service to check in?

You may arrive and check in at your convenience between 4 hours and 90 minutes before your flight departure time. Remember to let us know at what time you are expecting to arrive and remember that check-in for your flight closes 60 minutes before your flight departure time.
