If you’re flying with us from Terminal 2, you can look forward to enjoying the comfort of the new dedicated Business Class check-in area located at the Departures hall at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB) near Entrance 3.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the new check-in area offers Business Class passengers a unique and smooth check-in experience with a personalised Meet and Assist service, seated check-in, and a fast-track service guaranteed to elevate your preflight experience.

Frequently asked questions

Can all flydubai passengers flying in business use this service?

All Business Class passengers departing from Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB) can use this service.

It is not available to Business Class passengers in transit through Terminal 2 or departing from Terminal 3, Dubai International (DXB).

Do I need to book the Meet and Assist service in advance?

If you are flying business from Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB), this service is included in your booking.

To ensure our representative is waiting for you at the Business Class drop-off area when you arrive at the airport, you can specify your expected arrival time when checking in online.

Where is the new check-in area at the airport?

On your arrival at the airport, please proceed to the dedicated Business Class drop-off area, next to Entrance 3 where you will be met by a flydubai representative who will assist with your baggage and escort you to the Business Class check-in area inside the terminal.

I'm booked in business but my friends/family are travelling in economy, can we all use this service?

Only Business Class passengers, departing from Terminal 2 (DXB) can use this service. Economy Class passengers should use the flydubai Economy Class check-in desks in Terminal 2.

If I upgrade to business through ‘Bid to upgrade’ portal or during online check-in, am I eligible for this service?

No, when you upgrade to business either through the Bid to upgrade portal or while doing online check-in, you will not be eligible to use the Meet and Assist service, however, you can still use the dedicated Business Check-in area to check in for your flight.

If I upgrade to business at the airport, am I eligible for the Meet and Assist service?

No, when you upgrade to business at the airport you will not be eligible for the Meet and Assist service, however, you can still use the dedicated Business Check-in area to check in for your flight.

How do I change my arrival time or cancel the service if I decide not to use it?

You can change your expected arrival time or opt out of this service through the Online check-in portal.

Can I buy this service if I'm flying economy from Terminal 2 (DXB)?

Currently, this service is offered only to flydubai Business Class passengers departing from Terminal 2 (DXB).

Can Emirates Skywards Members travelling in flydubai Economy Class use the flydubai Business Class check-in area and Meet and Assist service?

No, Emirates Skywards Members travelling in flydubai Economy Class can use the allocated check-in desks for Emirates Skywards Members.

How long before my flight should I arrive at the airport to use this service?

You can arrive and check in at your convenience between 4 hours and 90 minutes before your flight departure time.
